Build habits that stick, one small win at a time
The Habit Builder in AI Wellness Pal turns good intentions into a routine: habits on your own schedule, optional reminders, streaks, and multi-day challenges with achievements when you finish.

Habits on your schedule
Create a habit from a suggestion or from scratch, link it to a tool like the Hydration Coach or Calorie Budget, and set how often it happens: every day, weekdays, weekends or custom days. Add a target and unit if it helps, such as steps, litres, minutes or calories.
Reminders that show up on time
Give any habit an optional reminder time. If you’ve already done it today, today’s reminder is skipped, and it comes back tomorrow. You can also ask your Wellness Pal to “remind me to stretch at 7 pm”.
Challenges with an end point
A challenge is a multi-day commitment you join and log each day. Current challenges include:
- 7-Day Hydration Challenge: drink your daily water target for seven days in a row;
- 30-Day Walking Challenge: reach your daily step target;
- 14-Day Meditation Challenge: meditate at least five minutes a day;
- Cut Back on Sugar Challenge: reduce added sugar for seven days;
- 14-Day Sleep Routine: be in bed before 11 pm for 14 nights.
Finishing a challenge earns points and unlocks an achievement.

Habits & challenges questions
Is the habit tracker free?
Yes. Habits, reminders, streaks, challenges and the Today’s Habits widget are part of the free app.
Can a habit repeat only on some days?
Yes: every day, weekdays, weekends, or custom days of the week.
What’s the difference between a habit and a challenge?
A habit is part of your routine with its own schedule and optional reminder. A challenge is a multi-day commitment with an end point, like the 30-Day Walking Challenge, and finishing it unlocks an achievement.
